Filter
The replacement filter unit for the WatPass reverse osmosis system EASY must be replaced every 12 months. The filter and membrane can be changed in no time and without tools thanks to the innovative single-cartridge system. All five filter levels can be changed in less than 30 seconds. The WatPass replacement filter cartridge EASY produces at least 1.5 liters per minute of the purest filtered drinking water from your drinking water - free of heavy metals, pesticides, drug residues, bacteria and viruses and with a soft taste. High quality membrane through nanotechnology The heart of an osmosis system is the elaborate filter technology and here in particular the membrane that works on the principle of reverse osmosis. Tap water is pressed into the osmosis system by high line pressure, where it is only freed from all larger particles, sediments and pollutants through pre-filters (PP cotton layers and activated carbon). The water is then pressed through a membrane, the holes of which are extremely small and therefore hardly any substances except pure water can pass through. The retained substances in front of the membrane are flushed out as waste water. The membrane of the WatPass was constructed in a perfect way through nanotechnology. Five-stage filter system of the WatPass reverse osmosis system EASY 1. The first PP cotton layer filters out sediments, rust and suspended matter 2. Activated carbon filters chlorine, organic compounds, taste and smell 3. Second layer of PP cotton removes further mechanical critical particles 4. Reverse osmosis membrane of 0.0001 µm filters heavy metals and organic substances such as pesticide residues, drug residues and much more 5. Activated carbon after-filter to optimize the taste Filter change EASY - and that in under 30 seconds! Conventional reverse osmosis systems do not always make changing the filter easy, because they usually contain several filter cartridges that can be more or less easily exchanged. The WatPass reverse osmosis system EASY impresses with its single cartridge system - the five-stage filter system is in one housing. Thanks to this innovative plug-in system, changing the filter is done in a very short time and you don't even have to interrupt the water supply. The reason for this is that the water supply is automatically interrupted by the system when the filter cartridge is changed. Therefore you do not have to think about turning off the water supply yourself beforehand. After water treatment by the WatPass EASY, the water is so pure and clear that you can drink it naturally and it is also very suitable for making baby food. Relieving your body of harmful substances certainly makes sense, treat yourself and your health to something good. In the household, the filtered water is also ideal for your ironing water and for cleaning glass surfaces. Limescale stains are history and you will never have problems with calcified kettles, fittings, windows or irons again.
Digital, mobile and shapely conductivity meter for hand measurements (measuring range: 0 - 1999 ppm) The digital, mobile and stylish conductivity meter for handheld measurements, with a measuring range of 0 - 1999 ppm. If you want to know the conductance value in µS or mg/l, this can be easily converted. The following conversion key applies: 1.2 µS/cm = 1 ppm = 1 mg/l. The measured values are easy to read on the digital display. The conductivity meter has two electrical conductivity probes that are resistant to salt deposits. It is particularly energy-saving, thanks to an automatic switch-off function that switches the device into power-save mode after 12 seconds. What is conductivity? It is the ability of a material to conduct electricity. The conductivity value is the total sum of the concentration of ions (anions and cations) in a solution that conduct electricity. It therefore provides information about the ionic strength of a solution, but not about the type of ions. Areas of use and application of the conductivity meter Conductivity is an important measurand for many areas, including drinking water and waste water, industrial manufacturing processes, aquarium water and also quality control in the food industry. Examples of conductivity in aqueous media* -Pure water: 0.055 μS/cm -Distilled water: 0.5 μS/cm -Mountain water: 1.0 μS/cm -Rainwater: 50 μS/cm -Drinking water: 300 - 800μS/cm -Drinking water (max. conductance): 1055μS/cm -Industrial wastewater: 5mS/cm -sea water: 52 mS/cm *(at 25°C)

The water is then pressed through a membrane, the holes of which are extremely small and therefore allow almost no substances to pass through, apart from pure water. Conventional reverse osmosis systems do not always make changing the filter easy, because they usually contain several filter cartridges that can be more or less easily exchanged. The WatPass reverse osmosis system EASY impresses with its single cartridge system - the five-stage filter system is in one housing. Thanks to this innovative plug-in system, the filter change is done in a very short time and you don't even have to interrupt the water supply. The reason for this is that the water supply is automatically interrupted by the system when the filter cartridge is changed. Therefore you do not have to think about turning off the water supply yourself beforehand. AquaAvanti Osmo Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System designed and assembled in GermanyExcellent water for your well-being :-)We need about three liters of drinking water per person per day. Many households drink bottled water, because they do not like the taste of tap water. This is an expensive, inconvenient and ecologically questionable solution. However, almost every household has tap water, which is ideal as a raw material for further processing. The AquaAvanti Osmo Reverse Osmosis System will provide you with the daily amount of very clean and tasting water you need from your regular tap water network, saving you a lot of money and protecting the environment within a year.In addition, you will get your "Airbag in the kitchen" with the AquaAvanti Osmo RO System. No matter what harmful or dangerous substances come out of your water pipes, your AquaAvanti Osmo reduces almost all substances contained in the water over several filtration stages to a level where they are no longer bothersome and the water is absolutely harmless to drink. The process of reverse osmosis has been proven for decades and is even used to desalinate seawater. With its patented and hydraulically driven permeation pump, the AquaAvanti Osmo device saves a lot of water compared to conventional reverse osmosis units and at the same time consumes no electricity.Use for everyday enjoyment and ideal for: Prepare food and drinks For the production of unspoiled baby food Relief of dialysis patients To protect your high quality home appliances such as kettles, coffee makers, espresso machines, etc. For skin and facial care No visible water marks on cleaned surfaces like glass, mirrors etc. What characterizes the AA Osmo reverse osmosis system? Production of the purest, highest quality, light (demineralized) and fresh drinking water through three filters, a membrane and the patented permeate pump Daily production up to 85l (tank volume 12 liters) Better and fresher taste of the water by incorporation of a special ceramic in the filter Only high quality components, developed and assembled in Germany Filter tap water with Aqua Avanti OsmoIts tap water passes through the pre-filter stages and the hydraulic shut-off valve into the reverse osmosis module. The purified water penetrates the membrane. From the membrane, the purified water flows into the pumping chamber of the permeate pump. The system's waste water drives the pump, which delivers the purified water to the pressure tank. The permeate pump is a patented invention that improves the performance and efficiency of the plant. The pure water is ready for removal in the pressure tank.A hydraulic shut-off valve controls the water supply of the system. If you open the faucet of the system, the water flows through the post filter before you can enjoy it fresh. The system works without electricity only with the energy of the water pressure.Flow chart Aqua Avanti Osmo Tap water may have a maximum of 2000 microsiemens. This corresponds to 1280 mg / l of dissolved substances. Reverse Osmosis works like a very fine sieve. This "sieve" filters ions in the molecular range. It also makes the control of effectiveness so easy. Since even single atoms such as dissolved heavy metals or small ions such as sodium and nitrate are reduced, the pure water of the "Aqua Avanti Osmo" reverse osmosis system has a very low conductivity. The conductivity of the water is below 80 microsiemens when the "Aqua Avanti Osmo" produces water in high purity.Advantages of the patented permeate pump Clean and pure water at home every time Save money! Your "airbag" for the kitchen Never carry heavy water boxes Development and installation of the device in Germany with competent support! Version with sediment pre-filter and activated carbon pre-filter to protect the high-quality reverse osmosis membrane. Activated carbon post-filter for best taste No loss of efficiency compared to systems without permeate pump Faster production of water No electrical connection necessary No power consumption The hydraulic energy of the water is used to separate the wastewater (concentrate) and to transport the filter water (permeate) into the storage tank ratio 1: 3 (permeate to concentrate); for cheap equipment up to 1:15 Made in Germany Membrane and filter Easy change of filters (every 6-12 months) and the membrane (up to 36 months) with bayonet lock. There is no tool necessary! Color coding of the filters and membranes prevents confusion during filter replacement. red = pre-filter yellow = activated carbon pre-filter green = reverse osmosis module (membrane) blue = activated carbon secondary filterInstallation little need for space Environmental conditions Inlet water temperature 2-36 ° degrees Celsius The system should be operated with a pressure of at least 3 -6 bar. At less pressure, the filter performance decreases sharply, the quality suffers and you get hardly any water in the tank. If the line pressure is often below 3 bar, we recommend devices with booster pump. The very energy-saving pumps now have a good life and supply the reverse osmosis membrane with 7 bar pressure.Scope of delivery: Reverse osmosis system with membrane, filter cartridges, stainless steel tank and stainless steel design faucet - mounting accessoriesWeight: approx. 10.25kg incl. PackagingSize of the packaging: 48x18x32cm

WatPass® RO6500 reverse osmosis system (250l/h) Industrial reverse osmosis systems are used where industrial waste water from car washes, medical facilities, laboratories and other facilities is to be purified on site. WatPass® reverse osmosis systems are available in various sizes and designs to optimally match the volume of water to be purified. How does a reverse osmosis system work? The operating principle of an osmosis system is that two solutions with different particle concentrations that are separated by a semi-permeable membrane generate osmotic pressure. This happens because both solutions endeavour to equalise their particle concentration. In nature, this osmosis principle is vital within cells, as this is the only way to equalise the internal cell pressure and regulate the water balance within each cell. In the reverse osmosis system, the principle is practically reversed by increasing the pressure on one of the liquids. This forces the water in the reverse osmosis system through the multi-layer reverse osmosis membrane. This contains many small pores and is therefore also known as a semi-permeable membrane. As a result, almost all undesirable components such as limescale, pollutants, germs and other impurities are filtered out of the water. The result is pure water (permeate) of drinking water quality. Commercial reverse osmosis systems are reliable, turnkey solutions for various commercial and residential applications. Water bottling plants, steam boilers, garden centres, restaurants and many other types of businesses benefit from their excellent performance and durability.
