If the indicator solution drips in 5 ml of your test water until it changes color, the water hardness ° dH can be determined very simply and exactly. The iron rapid test is suitable for testing a defrosting system such as the AquaAvant IronGo or the AquaAvanti ManganGo, as well as other defrosting systems. The test we provide lasts for up to 100 tests. It does not replace well-founded water analysis from an accredited laboratory but is sufficiently well suited to check the function of a de-ironing plant.

If you want to know the conductance value in µS or mg/l, this can be easily converted. The following conversion key applies: 1.2 µS/cm = 1 ppm = 1 mg/l. The measured values are easy to read on the digital display. The conductivity meter has two electrical conductivity probes that are resistant to salt deposits. It is particularly energy-saving, thanks to an automatic switch-off function that switches the device into power-save mode after 12 seconds. What is conductivity? It is the ability of a material to conduct electricity. The conductivity value is the total sum of the concentration of ions (anions and cations) in a solution that conduct electricity. It therefore provides information about the ionic strength of a solution, but not about the type of ions.
