The Drufi + DFR combines the latest technology and the highest quality workmanship. Connected to a DN 50 drainage pipe, the integrated funnel directs the backwash water into the sewage system. Einbau Der Einbau erfolgt durch Ihren Installateur. Die Inbetriebnahme ist herausragend einfach konzipiert. Ein Umgehungs- und Verschneideventil s, sowie Schläuche und ein Gesamthärtetestset ist im Lieferumfang bereits enthalten. Einbauort Die Enthärtungsanlage wird zentral hinter der Wasserzähleranlage installiert. Um Funktionsstörungen zu vermeiden, wird die Enthärtungsanlage wirkungsvoll durch das Vorschalten eines Trinkwasserfilters (z. Bsp. System Drufi) geschützt. Ab einem Druck von 5 bar ist ein Druckminderer vorzuschalten. Das zu enthärtende Wasser muss klar, frei von festen Verunreinigungen sowie eisen- und manganfrei sein (Werte im Rahmen der TWVO). Installation, Wartung & Inbetriebnahme Da die Enthärtungsanlage automatisch arbeitet, muss nur regelmäßig Salz nachgefüllt werden. Nach DIN EN 806, Teil 5 ist eine Wartung mind. jährlich, Wartung bei Gemeinschaftsanlagen halbjährlich durchzuführen. Ein Wartungsvertrag durch das Fachhandwerk stellt dauerhaft die sichere Betriebsfunktion her. Mehr dazu erläutern wir Ihnen gerne in einem Beratungsgespräch. Einige Tips von unserer Seite: Reinigen Sie bitte in regelmässigen Abständen den Salzbehälter von Verkrustungen und benutzen Sie nur hochwertiges Salz. Laut der Trinkwasserverordnung muss Regeneriersalz in Deutschland, den Reinheitsanforderungen der: DIN EN 973 Tabelle 1/Typ A/Tabelle 3 entsprechen. Dies sind die häufigsten Fehlerursachen bei Enthärtungsanlagen und leicht zu vermeiden. Damit verhindern Sie unnötige, nicht unerhebliche Kosten, die durch einen Installateur oder den Werkskundendienst entstehen können! Universal flange DN 32 from SYR If you do not yet have a suitable flange for the system, you will need this component to connect your SYR LEX PLUS 10 Connect soft water system. This flange is suitable for DRUFI +, IT 3000, IT 4000, LEX Connect individual softening systems 10 to 30, Safe-T and Safe-T Connect as well as other SYR articles. The housing is made of pressed brass and has screw connections on both sides. The installation position can be designed as desired. It is best to order the flange at the same time when you decide on a water softener from SYR.

Effective leakage protection with smart internet app. Syr Safe Tech+ Connect leakage protection protects against leaks, minimizes water damage and prevents water waste. It monitors water consumption with state-of-the-art electronics. If the individual consumption values are exceeded, the Syr Safe Tech+ Connect leak protection shuts off the pipe system and sends an email or notifies them via SYR APP. The new NeoSoft Connect 2500 soft water system from SYR with patented single-hose system and touchscreen. The system is ideal for detached houses with up to 3 residential units (up to approx. 6 people). Automatic adjustment of the operating mode The innovative and intelligent automatic adjustment of the operating mode is a real highlight. The integrated turbine of the NeoSoft water softener continuously measures the water consumption so that the intelligent system can always optimally adapt the operating mode to the water consumption. The housing parts are made of impact-resistant thermoplastic, the rubber parts of age-resistant, hard-wearing elastomers. Installation If you already have a drinking water filter from the DRUFI system on the house connection, the connection is extremely simple. The water to be softened must be clear, free of solid impurities and free of iron and manganese (values within the scope of the German law). Maintenance As the water softener works automatically, salt only needs to be topped up regularly. According to DIN EN 806, Part 5, maintenance must be carried out at least once a year, and every six months for shared systems. A few tips from us: Please clean the salt container at regular intervals to remove incrustations and only use high-quality salt. Backwash filter, pressure reducer, & leakage protection >> TRIO! With the TRIO DFR/LS from the manufacturer SYR, three fittings now become one. The combination device consists of a semi-automatic, backwashable filter according to DIN EN 13443-1, a pressure reducer according to DIN EN 1567 and a leakage protection according to DIN 3553. The assembly block is suitable for the AquaAvanti IronGo iron filter and manganese filter AquaAvanti ManganGo or where a bypass is needed. If there is limited space at the point of connection, the use of a mounting block is ideal. For safety reasons, it may be desirable to be able to bridge the device unit. For such cases, the mounting block (bypass) is ideal. The installation of a mounting block usually takes about one hour. Your installer will surely make you an offer. If you are not sure if you need a mounting block just ask him. The mounting block is working that way Position 1 When the two outer taps are closed and the middle tap is open, the water flows past the connected device (eg AquaAvanti Iron GO or AquaAvanti ManganGo). Position 2 If the two outer cocks are open and the middle closed, all the water flows through the connected devices. SYR garden hose suitable for NEOSOFT 2500 If you need an outlet for non-softened water for the SYR Neosoft 2500 soft water system (garden, pool, etc.), then the garden line is the perfect solution. The highlight is that when using a SYR sediment filter (Drufi DFR +, TRIO DFR) on the same universal flange as the softening system, you get filtered, non-softened water. This protects downstream devices such as pool pumps, drip irrigation systems, sprinkler systems etc. from damage caused by sediment. Thanks to its extremely simple installation, the component also saves installation costs for an upstream water withdrawal point. This not only saves money, but also space. The outlet fitting is installed downstream of the drinking water filter, but upstream of the water softener, to tap the water. It consists of a T-piece and S-bend. It is best to order the garden flange when you purchase the Neosoft 2500 water softener.

Replacement chlorine cell for the fully automatic chlorination system for water softening systems with Clack control heads, which can be optionally installed in our WatPass Kalk systems. During regeneration, the system produces active chlorine using a so-called brine electrolysis process and is responsible for disinfecting the ion exchange resin.
