Water filter Disruptor | Viruses, Legionella, Cysts & Bacteria ... Can be used for under-sink installation, as a shower filter, for motorhomes or for many other purposes. The filter is used as a stand-alone filter or as an extension to an existing filter system for the retention of viruses and bacteria. The water filter with the patented Ahlstrom Disruptor fleece filters effectively: Viruses (99.99%) bacteria (99.999%) Cysts (99.95%) microplastics and many chemicals based on the proven and patented filter material from Ahlstrom Disruptor ®. The installed Ahlstrom Disruptor® filter fleece is certified in accordance with ANSI/NSF 42 (02/29/2012). The Disruptor water filter is the ideal supplement when using filter systems that do not allow bacteria to be retained by themselves. Thanks to the practical 1/2’ IG/AG threaded connection, it can be used as a shower filter or with the appropriate adapters in many other installation situations to provide reliable protection against bacterial contamination. The high water flow rate of 12 litres/min is particularly noteworthy for showers, as commercially available shower filters are often only half that or less. Note: As a lot of water is used when showering, the capacity of the filter must be taken into account. The capacity is approx. 3000 litres. This corresponds to approx. 50 5-minute showers. It is also ideal when travelling to protect yourself from unpleasant surprises in the shower.

Recommended filter replacement every 6 months or earlier if necessary.
