The LC-3/8 "x 3/8" Jaco type water leakage protection device is a mechanical leakage protection device and interrupts the water supply of downstream equipment in the event of a leak.
Protect against leaks and possible water damage. The water leakage protection is a mechanical leakage protection and works with a pressed fabric tablet, which expands strongly in case of moisture and thereby closes the integrated valve. The water supply to the downstream equipment is thus interrupted. The system also works in the event of power failures, as it operates purely mechanically.
The valve is preferably mounted under the equipment to be protected, where it is glued or screwed to the floor. The insert (the fabric tablet) must be replaced after the leakage protection has been triggered by wetness. The replacement tablets are available from us in the "Accessories" category. The LC-3/8 "x 3/8" Jaco type water leakage protector is designed for use on reverse osmosis systems or other water filter housings.
Connection: 3/8" hose, adapter included for use with 3/8" John Guest or DM hoses.
Included accessories: adhesive strips, 4 wood screws, adapter, tablet, retaining rings.
The tissue tablet is already included and the device is therefore immediately ready for use upon delivery.
