The Sediment filter is a textile coarse and pre-filter e.g. for removing heavily contaminated or contaminated particles (turbidity) in the inlet water. Water, which has a high proportion of sediments, has a negative effect on the optical value of beverages and, in the worst case, can have a damaging effect on your system components.
The filter cartridge should be changed after six months. In principle, up to 10,000 liters of water can be filtered within this time. However, it may need to be changed earlier if the water flow is noticeably reduced. The water flow is now up to 20 liters / min, depending on the water pressure and filter housing.
