The filter has an activated carbon coating, enabling it to break down pesticide and medication residues as well as chlorine. It also has an antimicrobial coating, protecting it against contamination during use. Ideal for use as a pre-filter when filling the fresh water tank. Can also be used after a pressure pump in the tank or diaphragm pump.
The patented Ahlstrom Disruptor fleece effectively filters:
- Viruses (99.99%)
- Bacteria (99.999%)
- Legionella (99,99%)
- Cysts (99.95%)
- Microplastics
- Can degrade pesticide and drug residues
- Can degrade chlorine
Based on the proven and patented filter material (NSF/ANSI 42 certified) from Ahlstrom Disruptor®.
The Disruptor water filter is the ideal addition when using filter systems that do not retain bacteria on their own. Thanks to its practical 1/2" female/male thread connection, it can be used with the appropriate adapters in many other installation situations to provide reliable protection against contamination. The high water flow rate of 12 l/min is particularly noteworthy for showers, as standard shower filters often only achieve half this performance or less.
Note: As a lot of water is used when showering, the performance of the filter must be taken into account. The capacity is approx. 3000 litres. Recommended filter replacement every 6 months or sooner if necessary.
