Shipping & payment terms

A. SHIPPING INFORMATION

We only ship to the countries listed below as standard. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be carried out by GLS, DHL or a forwarding agent. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below. If you require shipping to another country, please send us a message (https://www.wasserfilter-zentrum.de/kontaktformular) and tell us the item, quantity and delivery address with the country and corresponding zip code. We will then let you know at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping options and costs.

I. Shipping within Germany:

For shipping within the German mainland we charge a flat rate of 5.90 euros per order with the transport service GLS and from 70.00 euros order value we deliver free of shipping costs. For delivery with DHL we charge 6.90 euros, we cannot offer free delivery with this provider.

II. Express shipping within Germany:

For express shipping with the transportation service GLS we charge per parcel:

up to 5 kg 22,00 Euro

up to 10 kg 26,00 Euro

up to 20 kg 35,00 Euro.

Freight forwarding:

We charge different shipping costs for items that have to be shipped by a forwarding agent due to their shape, size or weight, for example. This will be indicated separately on the respective product page. The shipping costs for Germany are 89.00 euros, for Austria 99.00 euros, for Switzerland 160.00 euros and for Denmark 120.00 euros per pallet. Other international countries only on request. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery by forwarding agent is made to the kerbside.

If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in a joint consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time will apply to the shipment of goods as a whole.

The time limit for delivery begins to run in the case of payment in advance by bank transfer on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the time limit. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day. Parcels will be dispatched by us within 3 working days, subject to availability. The availability of the items will be displayed separately on the item page in the shop.
