Ladenkiste UG (limited liability), Bahnhofstraße 5, 34286 Spangenberg, raffles the prize mentioned on the Instagram page (instagram.com/wasserfilter_zentrum). By participating in the contest, the user agrees to the following terms and conditions and content responsibility.
1. What can you win?
By participating, you have the opportunity to win the item mentioned on the Instagram page, a Lifesaver Cube Filter.
2. How can you win?
Participation in the contest takes place at the URL https://www.instagram.com/wasserfilter_zentrum. The prize will be drawn once among all participants. Participation is by fulfilling the conditions mentioned in the post. Postal submissions will not be considered in the draw.
3. Duration of the promotion
The promotion starts after the post is published and ends on the date mentioned on the Instagram page.
4. Who can participate?
Participation is free and open to every natural person. Participation requires the truthful provision of relevant participation data. Contest clubs and automated contest services are not eligible. Please participate only once. Multiple registrations do not increase the chances of winning, as they are filtered and blocked from the draw.
5. Who is excluded from participation?
Ladenkiste UG (limited liability) is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation if justified reasons, such as a violation of these terms and conditions, double or multiple participation, manipulation, residence outside of Germany, etc., exist and reserves the right to take legal action. Employees of Ladenkiste UG (limited liability), as well as their relatives, are not allowed to participate in this contest. The legal recourse is excluded.
6. How are the winners determined?
The winners will be randomly drawn from all comments.
7. How do I find out if I won?
The notification of winning is made by notifying the winner via a private message about the prize.
8. How do I receive my prize?
You will receive your prize by mail.
9. What happens if I don't respond after winning notification?
If a winner does not respond within 2 days after winning notification, the prize expires. In this case, a new winner will be drawn from the circle of eligible participants.
10. Reserved clause
Ladenkiste UG (limited liability) reserves the right to modify, interrupt, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. However, Ladenkiste UG only makes use of this option if, for reasons of force majeure, technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or
errors in the hardware and/or software), or legal reasons, proper execution of the game cannot be guaranteed. Ladenkiste UG (limited liability) is not liable for losses, failures, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. In justified cases, the prize can be replaced by
equivalent prizes.
11. Data protection regulations
The personal data provided by the participant will only be collected, processed, and used by Ladenkiste UG (limited liability) for the purpose of conducting the competition and for the fulfillment and processing of the prize. The participant assures that the personal data provided is truthful and correct. The participant can revoke his/her consent to the storage and use of his/her data at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to Ladenkiste UG (limited liability).
12. Miscellaneous
Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and Ladenkiste UG (limited liability) are exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
13. Indemnification of Instagram
The competition is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram. Instagram is not available as a contact person for the competition.
