Die WatPass® KombiGo entfernt Mangan und Eisen aus Ihrem Brunnenwasser und gleichzeitig wird das Wasser noch enthärtet. 

NEUHEIT - Steuerungskopf Clack mit deutschem Menü und Farbdisplay. Die Farbmodi des Displays machen es leichter die Betriebszustände (blau = alles in Ordnung) zu überprüfen. Sollte mal ein Fehler vorliegen (rot = Störung), sieht man dies mit einem Blick. Das deutsche Menü erleichtert die Einstellung der Anlage enorm. Weitere Menüsprachen sind EN,FR, ES und polnisch.

Die Anlage ist nahezu wartungsfrei. Es muss lediglich alle 3-4 Monate Salz, zum Regenerieren des Filtermaterials, im Zusatzbehälter nachgefüllt werden.  Seine Leistung* ist herausragend, er kann bis zu 10,0 mg/l Eisen sowie 2,0 mg/l Mangan aus dem Wasser filtern. Ganz nebenbei wird das Wasser auch noch enthärtet. Die Installation der Anlage ist sehr einfach. Mengengesteuert wird die Anlage automatisch regeneriert und das Rückspülwasser durch einen Auslauf entsorgt.

Die Anlage bestehend aus einer GFK- Druckflasche (Größe wird der Leistung angepasst), die mit hochwertigem Filtermaterial gefüllt ist, sowie einem Salz-Vorratsbehälter der zur Regeneration des Filtermaterials benötigt wird. Ein mengengesteuertes Zentralsteuerventil, vom Typ Clack WS 1 CI IA, stellt momentan das Nonplusultra im Bereich der Steuerventile für solche Anlagen dar. Ein zusätzlich erwerbbarer Montageblock (Bypass) dient der Überbrückung, ist aber zum Betrieb nicht unbedingt nötig, allerdings sehr empfehlenswert.

Funktionsweise des speziellen Filtermaterials

Die Anlage kann in einem Durchgang Eisen und  Mangan aus Ihrem Brunnenwasser filtrieren und das Wasser gleichzeitig enthärten. Das Filtermaterial ist eine Kombination aus Adsorbern und Ionenaustauscherharzen. Die im Filterbett festgehaltenen Stoffe werden dann beim Rückspülvorgang aus dem Gerät entfernt. Das gibt es in der Form selten zu finden.

Um erfolgreich Mangan und Eisen filtern zu können, benötigt die WatPass KombiGo einen pH-Wert von mindestens 5,5 und max. 9,0. Normalerweise muss der pH-Wert für die FE und Mn Filtrierung deutlich höher liegen, als bei dieser innovativen Anlage.

Anwendungsbereiche: Brunnenwasser, Gartenbewässerung, Wäschereien, Brauchwassernutzung, Koi-  und Fischteiche und alle Bereiche wo ein zu hoher Mangan- und Eisengehalt im Wasser Probleme verursacht

Installationshinweis für den Anschluss an öffentliche Netze: Wenn die KombiGo Filteranlagen im Trinkwasserbereich eingesetzt werden sollen, müssen Sie den "Regeln für Trinkwasserinstallationen" nach DIN 1988 -200 in Verbindung mit der DIN EN 1717:2011-08 entsprechen. Dann ist es erforderlich einen Rohrtrenner zum Schutz des öffentlichen Trinkwassernetzes einzubauen. Notwendige Einbaubedingungen: Wasseranschluss  Steckdose 230 V / 50 Hz, Abwasseranschluss, Druckminderer bei > 6 bar

*Die angegebenen Filterleistungen sind max. erreichbare Werte unter genau analysierten Bedingungen. Eine Wasseranalyse und Festlegung wofür das Wasser genutzt werden soll, ist Grundvoraussetzung für eine gute Beratung und die Auswahl des richtigen Filtersystems. Brunnenwasser kann, durch verschiedene Umwelteinflüsse, Schwankungen in der Zusammensetzung unterliegen. Daher sollte eine regelmäßige Analyse stattfinden, um die Filtergeräte anpassen zu können, indem z. B. der Regenerationszyklus verändert wird.

If, as a well operator, you have low pH levels in your water and you want to use it as drinking water, the WatPass® pHGo offers you an excellent opportunity to increase the ph value in order to comply with the regulations of the Drinking Water Ordinance (pH 6.5-9, 5, TrinkwVo 2001/11). The system consists of a GRP pressure bottle, which is filled with a material for pH increase. A volume-controlled central control valve, type Clack WS 1 CI, currently represents the ultimate in control valves for such systems. Background Acidic water is corrosive. As the pH drops, the proportion of free carbonic acid increases, attacking all metals except stainless steel. This leads to leaks in the water installation over time.
