The WatPass automatic backwashing system turns the WatPass house water backwash filter into a fully automatic machine. The WatPass automatic backwashing system is an electronically controlled additional device and increases the comfort for the home owner enormously. You no longer have to think about triggering the backwash interval, which is usually forgotten. As a result, taste impairments, water pressure losses and even contamination problems can creep into your domestic water system. The use of the automatic backwash is over!

Backwash intervals between 1 hour and 52 weeks can be set. The device is battery-operated and can therefore be used without a power supply unit, which means that it also works in the event of a power failure. Batteries included.

Our water inlet filter WatPass with integrated pressure reducer and manometer is intended for the filtration of drinking and service water. With 90 µm it filters particularly fine. It protects your water pipes and the rest of the installation with the connected water-carrying devices from corrosion and functional damage. Foreign particles such as rust, sand, lime and other particles are often responsible for this. The flow-optimized filter is made of high-strength, technical plastic. Another big advantage of this water filter is that it has a continuously adjustable, soundproofed pressure reducer and a pressure gauge that controls the water pressure. The 12 month display serves as a reminder for the next filter change (DIN EN 806-5). If you do a backwash every two months, the filter will thank you with a good throughput. Backwashing must be carried out at the latest when the water pressure in the line decreases due to increasing contamination of the filter. How does it work? This is initiated by turning the backwash button as far as it will go. The contaminated water now flows over the pre-sieve. The water flows through the filter element in the opposite direction and flushes the contaminated filter element free. The water consumption for a backwash is very low. The backwashing process should take about 5-10 seconds, depending on the degree of soiling. If the filter element has not been completely cleaned (visual inspection), backwashing must be carried out again. Since the WatPass house entrance filter has a rotatable connection element, it can be installed horizontally as well as vertically. This makes assembly very easy and fits in almost any installation situation. Please note: The filter cannot be used with chemical-treated circulating water and when oils, greases, solvents, soaps and other lubricating media are in the water. Furthermore, it is not suitable for the separation of water-soluble substances and very coarse dirt particles.

Unser halbautomatischer Hauswassereingangsfilter WatPass mit integriertem Druckminderer und Manometer ist zur Filtration von Trink- und Brauchwasser bestimmt. Mit 90µm filtert er besonders fein. Er schützt Ihre Wasserleitungen und die übrige Installation mit den daran angeschlossenen wasserführenden Geräten vor Korrosions- und Funktionsschäden. Dafür verantwortlich sind häufig Fremdteilchen wie Rost, Sand, Kalk und andere Partikel. Der strömungstechnisch optimierte Filter ist aus hochfestem, technischem Kunststoff gefertigt. Ein weiter großer Vorteil dieses Wasserfilters besteht darin, dass er einen stufenlos einstellbaren, schallschutzgeprüften, Druckminderer, sowie ein den Wasserdruck kontrollierendes Manometer besitzt. Die 12 monatige Anzeige, dient als Erinnerung an den nächsten Filterwechsel (DIN EN 806-5). Wenn Sie alle zwei Monate eine Rückspülung durchführen, wird der Filter Ihnen dies mit einer guten Durchlaufleistung danken. Spätestens wenn aufgrund zunehmender Verschmutzung des Filters der Wasserdruck in der Leitung nachlässt, ist eine Rückspülung vorzunehmen. Wie geht das? Durch Drehen des Rückspülknopfes bis zum Anschlag wird diese eingeleitet. Das verunreinigte Wasser fließt nun über das Vorsieb. Dabei durchströmt das Wasser das Filterelement in entgegengesetzter Richtung und spült das verunreinigte Filterelement frei. Der Wasserverbrauch für eine Rückspülung ist sehr gering. Der Rückspülvorganges sollte, je nach Verschmutzungsgrad ungefähr 5-10 Sekunden andauern. Wurde das Filterelement nicht komplett gereinigt (Sichtkontrolle), ist die Rückspülung nochmals durchzuführen. Da der WatPass Hauseingangsfilter ein drehbares Anschlusselement hat, kann er waagrecht als auch senkrecht eingebaut werden. Dadurch ist die Montage sehr einfach und passt in nahezu jeder Einbausituat Bitte beachten: Der Filter ist nicht einsetzbar bei chemikalienbehandelten Kreislaufwassern und wenn Öle, Fette, Lösungsmittel, Seifen und sonstige schmierende Medien sich im Wasser befinden. Weiterhin ist er nicht geeignet für die Abscheidung wasserlöslicher Stoffe und sehr grober Schmutzpartikelbelastung.
