Grayl Ultralight Filter Cartridge

The replacement filter fits all Grayl Ultralight & Ultrapress outdoor and travel filters. The filter is not compatible with Grayl Geopress models.  It is small and affordable and filters out suspended solids, protozoa, bacteria and even viruses. It also reduces most chemicals. There is currently no other filter on the market that does as much as the little Grayl. With this little companion, you can safely drink from almost any water source.

-No batteries, chemicals, pump attachments or other accessories needed.
-Effective against protozoa (99.9999%), bacteria (99.9999%), viruses (99.9999%)
-Reduces chemicals and heavy metals
-Functions optimally at a pH between 5 and 9.5 (in nature there is hardly any water with a pH value outside these limits).
-Tested according to NSF standards (National Sanitation Foundation, USA)

Note on storage - unused, the filter cartridges can be stored for 10 years without hesitation. Already used cartridges can be stored for 3 more years according to the manufacturer. However, if you want to be on the safe side, we recommend that you do not store a used cartridge for longer than one year. Please always allow to dry out thoroughly before storing!

Caution - a wet or damp filter must NEVER freeze.
